I paid my account on the 31st October 2013, woke up this morning and my account has been suspended. I tried to call the call centre where I was given a email address to forward my proof of payment. [Email Removed] I forwarded the proof and received a email stating that it will be sorted out 24 hours, I have paid my account and why must I wait 24 hours. I tried to call the call centre to assist but cannot get through to a operator. Could you please reactivate my account?
