About a week ago the municipality worked on our power in the street, I suspect there was a power surge as my tv and decoder blew out. We had to replace our decoder. On our previous decoder, we used to be on Select View 2, and we tested the Family package for a month, but we are not at all happy with that package.
When I tried to move back to Select View 2 today, I was informed that this option is no longer available as I got a new decoder. This is not acceptable as Family package does not even have the full KykNet option.
I am not happy at all with this.
