Hi! Thanks for removing the Select bouquets from your offerings! Now as of next month I will be saving another R175! I wanted to downgrade from Premium to Select 2, because I'm going away for a while, and my mother still wanted to watch Kyknet. But now Kyknet is only available on Premium! And don't tell me about Kyknet & Kie, because that is just useless. All of it is re-runs that aired 10 years ago on Kyknet.
Could you also shed some light on all these "surveys" that you're always so quick to mention? I think it's time that some figures get released, because everywhere I read on the internet, no one ever likes these "awesome" packages of you.
Don't you think it's time for DSTV to provide a service rather than just being a monopoly? Maybe provide some options to the minor groups as well, and not just always to the majority who will make you the most money?
There's various places on mybroadband where you could go and read some comments about dstv! And yes, maybe these guys are a bit more into technology and don't fall for your stories, but you could do yourself a favour and start to consider a broader spectrum of clients when doing these "surveys" of yours.
