I HAVE THE DSTV EASY VIEW AND ON 18/10/13 REQUESTED PREMIUM CONNECTED FOR TWO DAYS, THE AGENT KETIWE CONFIRMED WILL BE CONNECTED 2DAYS AT R20.83 PER DAY.SHE THEN ADVISED ME TO CALL ON MONDAY MORNING TO CANCEL THE PREMIUM AND RE-ACTIVATE EASYVIEW AS SHE CANNOT DO SO WHILST PREMUIM PACKAGE IS CONNECTED.I CALLED YESTERDAY 21/10/13 AT 8.20AM AND TEN TOLD TO PAY FOR 3DAYS.DESPITE MY REQUESTS AS PER TELECOM ON 18/10/13, MULTICHOICE IS REFUSING TO LISTEN INTO THE CALL TO CONFIRM MY REQUESTS.INSTEAD THEY WOULD BLAME THE ONUS IS ON THE SUBSCRIBER FOR EXTRA CHARGE.WHY HAVE CALLS RECORDED IF ONE CANNOT LISTEN WHEN NEED BE.THEIR SERVICE IS PATHETIC.AN EXTRA R20.83 IS NO FUSS BUT DONT BLAME THE CLIENT.ITS PRINCIPAL AT END RESULT.
