Nature of Enquiry: Website Functionality Sent 21 Nov 2013 15h29

Comments: I am not able to switch between packages. As I travel during the week I normally switch on the Easy-view package when I am not at home. On weekends and certain days during the week I was allowed to switch via internet DSTV self Service between packages. I was informed that I may do so and there is no extra charge accept for the difference in subscription of the different packages that I use. I will only have pay the daily rate for that specific package I use. There is also no disconnection or re connection fee payable by me. This was fine for the firs two times I did that, but last night I had to phone the call center to connect DSTV premium package, I could not do it on line. At about 20h00 last night 20 November 2013 I disconnected the premium service succesfully, but was not able to reconnect EASYVIEW. I have tried again today to reconnect EASYVIEW on line, but was unsuccessful. Can somone please attend to this problem as soon as possible. Kind regards, G vd Merwe

There were a further 8 E mails sent to and fro, but my problem does not get attended to by anyone.
