Never before in the history of call centers has so much bull been shoveled out by so few to so many.
The error message on my HD decoder is: Signal Lost. I phoned Multi Choice and after following the instructions and speaking to an operator, the fault is the weather.
I have had the Norse of thunder raging above my house without any signal interruption but the overcast and drizzle causes complete signal disruption to a HD decoder but the other 1131 decoder in our dual view system has nothing wrong with it.
I would like someone at DSTV to explain this please.
