Multichoice has the most confused accounting system. Despite my having paid a year in advance since the decoder was first installed late in December 2009, I keep being suspended a month or more before the next payment is due - twice in the last two weeks despite being in credit. I have also received a monthly statement and an annual statement virtually simultaneously. What a mess - "We strive to delight our customers! " What a!
Oh yes, and that customer survey at the end of every phone call: it asks the wrong questions! Your call centre personel are charming and long suffering - it's your other systems that are hopelessly inefficient.
I have had enough of the inconvenience of phoning or travelling to Randburg every time Multichoice messes up. Fix it or lose a client.
