Multichoice
Change in audio channels

Multichoice advertised on their DMX audio service that thee music they played on channel 121 was to be combined with channel 119 in October 2012. After this date they continued to show that this had occurred but it appears that the playlist from channel 121 was never combined. Channel 119 plays what is termed classic rock, whilst channel 121 played mainly 60s music. I contacted Multichoice about this but they told me they had no control over this and they had sent my query to DMX and I could contact them direct and they also gave me instructions on how to cancel my subscription with them. I duly contacted DMX and dealt with a very nice lady, Amy, who said she would contact the music designers, based in Austin, Texas. She later informed me that they would only look into this matter in the new year, 2013. Nothing has changed regarding the content of music on channel 119, and there is a limit to how much classic rock I can listen to. Amy has since stopped responding to my emails. I feel this is a breach of their contract with me, as when I originally signed up with them, this was part of their offering, and when they changed it they did not fulfil their undertakings.
