For months now, I've been fighting over the phone with them for some service and everytime, I'm told that they'll get back to me and they never do and only makes more empty promise. With excuses like their very busy and have a lot of clients to serve. Uh hello?? Is this how you get clients? By constantly telling them you're too busy to help? I don't know the lady who answers the phones, but she has to be the most abrupt person I've had the misfortune of talking to, making me feel like her time is to precious to waste.
as for Mr de Jager, I can't get through to the owner at all? I don't know where they get clients or why people support them with this poor attitude but I am very frustrated and disappointed.
