On the 065]2013 i recieved a call from one of your consultants informing me of missed premiums. I got a green light plan and i am so dissappointed with the type of service i recieved, the guy did not even have telephone manners when he was talking to me, he never asked to speak to me as he was aware that i should be at work that time, he simple caried on talking about missed premiums up until i said to him, am busy but he should phone me later.again he phoned back on the0752013 did the same thing .this guy has got bad attitude, demanding, talking back while u busy talking to him.big corporate company like old mutual i never thought it will be flooded with individuals who are lethargically present at work but have no desire or passion to serve and appreciate clients for dealing with old mutual.
the worst thing is for him to leave a message with one of my coligues that he needs to tell me that i missed premiums on my policy.i think my privacy here was really undermined, i need answers as to why he went so far to reveal my financial affairs with strangers, is it the way u do business .i am seeking legal advice if i am not getting satisfied answers from u within one week.
