I have dealt with Krystal quite a few times and she is always so friendly and professional. She has a passion for he job and as clients we can ick that up in the way she talks to clients.
She definitly can talk alot but I enjoy it because it shows that she is genuine and really interested in each clients situasion. The fact that she talks so much makes me feel comfortable and at ease.
Please do not remove her from the deartment she is in she is really a BIG asset to your company and she definitly deserves a salary increase as soon as possible.
