I had a new Explora decoder fitted, but the error kept popping up on the secondary decoder.
I phoned the call centre with no help whatesoever, they asked me to contact the istaller.
Since my report on Hello Peter, the very same day Tebogo from multichoice xtraview contacted me.
He made some setting changes, and continued to phone me during the week to check if the matter was resolved. I thank him for his persistence and going out of his way. So to put it bluntly, mutichoice do have some excellent staff who are a asset to the organisation. Well done Tebogo, keep it going. It's people like you who make South Africa such a wonderful place to live in
