I contacted multichoice on 06/07/2013 and requested they cancell a debit order because i couldnt afford my sister was supposed to take over and pay cash when she could afford. i contacted the callcentre on 14/010/2013 and requested they refund me as i had given them an intrustion to cancell the debit order which was never done, i have spent over 3 hours of aitime during the times i have contacted multichoice with no resolution, everyone is putting blame on the other no one is taking ownership. the consultants i have spokern to is Lesego Matla, Ellias Kgote, thobelisile, and Lucky shange who is supposed to be a mananger but was not able to help, instead he also put a blame on someone else. everytime i called i was asked to relate the story over and over. do u guys ever put any notes on the system. i am digusted by the level of servive.
