I have waisted R180 airtime trying to get my dstv sorted out, after being told that they will call me after an hour, I AM STILL waiting! The consultant didn't know what to do to sort my dstv out and simply threw my problem to the side! I pay for a service every month I expect service or at least assistance! I'm absolutely discussed at the service I've received not to mention the terrible attitude from the consultant.!!!
