I think it is disgusting and un-acceptable that the agents at the DSTV call centre have no clue about how THEIR agencies operate or what they charge! When you then call the call centre to complain, the supervisor then has an attitude with you.
I have come to realise that we live in SA and because we use the term "kilometre and not mile", DSTV cannot and will not go the extra mile for you!
