I made my Top TV payment electronically as i usually do on the 01/10/2013. My internet facility was offline the day before threrefore the payment was made on the 01st which is when is is due anyway. To my dismay when i got home i discovered that my Top TV services were disconnected. I frantically tried contacting your call centre over 10 times to no avail. I held on for 28.05 at 17:47 & then again at 18:18 for 12.05.
Firstly is your call centre open after hours & secondly why was my services disconnected??? I also work in a service industry & ensure that the services i deliver to my customers are beyond their expectations.
I will definitely like to know WHY my services were disconnected & on what basis??? How exactly is your company going to reimburse me for my cellphone bill & for WASTING my time???
