Bank details does not work

Hi I am a cash client and want to make a eft to pay my account, but the bank details loaded as a public recipient does not work on my internet banking. I have tried to get the bank detail by phoning Multichoice but it seems that the whole company has gone on lunch or something as out of 10 calls each time I hold for more than 20mins which is ridiculous.
