Booked two tickets for a screening of The Conjuring for 17h30 on 28 September 2013 at Cape Gate. Amount charged to my credit card (R97.50) was deducted twice. Spoke to manager there and called ticket line to be told I need to send them a copy of my credit card statement (which is confidential!) so that they can reimburse me. When I told them I don't feel comfortable doing that the lady told me "I can blacken out the rest! ". Apart from this what if I don't have the means of scanning the document? Shoddy service and don't care attitude stinks! You mean to tell me they cannot check the reference number I gave them with the time and date against their records?
