I Phoned and emailed multichoice, I took my decoder in aswell. no one seem to help me to sort out the problem. i'm unable to use the pvr service, I have paid for. I would like to get a refund for the days not working, for which I paid for.the error code is E102-29, They gave me a case number
CASE NUMBER: 4142208 but still cant use my pvr function or watch taped recordings, could you please help. Its day 6 now NO word at ALL from dstv
