Case No 4005702 and Case No 4019843

When you log something with Multichoice for unallocated payments the auto response says we will respond to your query within 24 hours.
Case No 4005702 was logged 10Sep13 - still no response.
Case No 4019843 was logged 11 Sep13 - still no response.
Case No 4062782 was logged today 16 Sep13 - waiting to see.
All cases are for the same complaint - the unallocated payment made back in July 2013. DSTV has been cut off several times and a fee of R50 was paid for reconnection several times - again an SMS received last week to pay another R50.
I would appreciate you sorting this matter out. Multichoice is very quick to communicate when there is no payment made (in this case it was made in July but using the incorrect DSTV account number but paid into the correct bank account in July). I understand an error was made on my side when writing my DSTV account but surely it does not take you months to sort this out!
Sadly I also sent the correspondence to a Supervisor Waheed last week twice and I have not heard anything further.
