Zero feedback on Billing issue

On the 28/06/2013 I paid my dstv subscription at the checkers at Hemingsway Mall in East London. The lady at the till incorrectly typed in my customer number with the result that my dstv account was suspended. I phoned the call centre where a gentleman tried his utmost to help me. He reactivated my account and instructed me to scan and mail my receipts through to [Email Removed] to arrange the credit to be taken to my account. I also sent through the same email to [Email Removed] The case number is : 3690865. My account is still in arrears today.
