Multichoice cut of my Aunts Account AFTER PAYING

Me and my Aunt went to the Mulitchoice branch in Lynnwood Road to Reopen her account. We paid at the Branch, at their Easypay machines. Multichoice phoned her yesterday and ordered her to pay her account.. I phoned them this morning and emailed through her proof of payment slip that we got at the easypay machine.
