We closed our MultiChoice account with effect from 25 April this year both by telephone and by e-mail. Since then we continued to receive accounts from them. In desperation we travelled all the way to Swellendam where Adri took on the situation and confirmed all had been sorted out. All I had to do was pay an outstanding amount which I paid. Now I receive an SMS to say that my outstanding amount has been handed over to some crowd called Pholosa for debt collection. This complete incompetence actually boggles the mind!!! Can MultiChoice simply not get a simple closure correct? Oh, how we wish there was an alternative to MultiChoice, we would have changed long time ago after continued repeated repeats of repeats on their channels and this incredible incompetence.
