I phoned the multi choice website this morning, to disconnect my services and i requested a refund and i was told that i will be refunded in seven days, i find that totally appalling considering that I have paid my subscription for the month well in advance, and in the last 10 years that i have been a subscriber they have never had any payment issue from me
the worst thing is that i have to be on the phone for more than 19min without getting any assistance, And i am the one who pay for that call, does the company even care?
its not like i am making a free call, i want my money to be in my bank account no later than 72 hours
