I have a complaint about the time it takes the call centre to answer. Today is the 3rd attempt (Tried on two other days- this may exclude the possibility of it being a peak problem) to get through after waiting 5 mins and still don't get to speak to anyone I have no option but to hang up as I'm calling from a cellphone and it is terribly expensive as we all know South Africa's call rates are among the highest in the world. All I want is to change the debit order banking details on my account which Multichoice does not offer to do electronically and we now have to put up with a non responsive call centre. Please can someone arrange to contact me my number below to get some service, that would be appreciated.
