Absolutely useless when it comes to clear a erro

I changed my PVR decoder on Friday at 16:30 at DSTV in Umhlanga. The lady says said it will take 10 min to change dstv card to new decoder. I waited about 30 min in total going back every 10 min to find her chatting to works friends and saying not fixed yet.
I then had to take it home and plug it in. I was on the phone for 1 hour at 6PM. Still no join. I the phoned back at 8:30PM when I got home because it still wasn't working. It worked for 1 day then came up again with an error E16. I had the phone put down twice after about 40min because they had no clue what they were doing.
The service you get from dstv is pathetic.
You pay for a service and what you get, well???
