On Monday 5 August 2013 I called DSTV call centre and asked for downgrade from Premium to Compact and the lady that assisted me confirmed that I was done and I than asked her if there was any money I must pay immediately and she said no I just have to pay around R410.00 end of August. When I arrived back home on 08 August 2013 my DSTV was disconnected because I am owing R60 and I must also pay re-connection fee. I feel this was not fair since the lady I did downgrade with assured me that there was no immediate fee that I need to pay.
