Unable to assist in anyway

I purchased 2 tickets for an event worth R740.00. The show was on Saturday 28/09/2013. I needed to collect my ticket but my wallet was that morning. i went to the computicket office in Cresta mall with my I.D and asked them for the tickets. They then said that without the card they cannot help me and refused to give me my tickets. I spent a lot of money for them and tried to beg them to help me out. It took approx 40mins for them to tell me that if i bring a bank statement proving i paid for them (even though i showed them SMS confirmation that i did) they would try and help me. Unfortunately by this time all banks were closed. I find it hard to believe that their system is so bad that because I had my wallet i also had to lose out on my event as well as the R740 that i had spent. The tickets were bought with my ID number on their own system yet they said they could not help me
