No response regarding prize won

I entered the Beacon Mashmallow competition and was sent an sms stating that i had won a prize and would be contacted within 72 hours. Its almost 2 weeks later and i am still waiting for that call! I have read that many other people are having similar problems with regards to this competition. Is this whole competition false advertising or is TLC marketing not doing their jobs! Either way its day light and not fair to us consumers!
