I would like a manager to contact me immediately. You guys are billing me for a service I dont use. You always ask me if i want my account debited and I always say no because I was moving and I knew that if I dont pay then you automatically disconnect me. In this case, I have not paid since March 2013 and you continued to bill me and I refuse to pay this amount. Why was the service not disconnected when no payment was received. Previously I got disconnected twice due to late or non-payment and had to pay a reconnection fee. Why was this not done now? According to your call centre agent Thobeka, sometimes the system disconnects the service and sometimes it doesnt, im sorry but that is a stupid answer and I cant deal with double standards. I suggest you check your records and see that I have not used the service. I want the amount of R175 waived immediately.
