I am presently only a single bouquet subsriber for DSTV North Indian Package. Activated my account on the 29th of August, Yesterday, I received my monthly statement from DSTV. To my suprise the amount due on my account was /- R280, seeing that the statement balance was R 2, 290.77
How crazy is this. The cosulant at the time time activated a DSTV full package on an expired / non-existant smartcard.
This will take 7-10 working days to resolve as the need to listen to the calls - How excellent is this service???
