No stock for and insured PVR for two weeks now!

I have insurance on my PVR decoder and been a loyal subscriber for the last 12 years. After testing my PVR at Festival mall Kempton Park they found several problems, Smart card to be replaced, no listings under Box-office & Catch-up. I was referred to the branch in Kempton Park CBD. I was assisted by Leon. My smart card was replaced and I was willing to pay (R80) if this replacement resulted in sorting all the issues. It did not! Further test indicated that my Signal Strength jumped between 60%-80% but the main problem was identified as the Signal Quality that jumps from 0%-90%, causing very poor image and sound quality. This problem was more evident on channels such as TLC, Crime and Discovery and looks to get worse almost like a virus spreading through all channels.
After 2 weeks and two visits, I'm working on a maybe on Mutichoise PVR I stock to be delivered to Kempton Park and I was assured if I drive all the way to Randburg that I would be guaranteed stock. Is this the business model deployed by M-net insurance, to have customers to drive wherever there might be stock? I need a replacement unit ASAP at branch of choice, let's see if M-Net take customer service seriously
