I would like to thank MotoMia Kempton Park for having such great and helpful staff. I dealt with a gentleman called Hennie at their branch.
About a month ago i bought a brand new Java 170cc Sport from the Kempton branch. Unfortunately 2 weeks after i bought it, it was involved in an accident where half the scooter was completely damaged. I phoned Hennie as he was the sales person and without any delay he jumped into action. Hennie came back to me with a solution and helped me every step of the way making sure i would be back on the road asap.
Needless to say, no more than 1 week later my problem was sorted out. I am now again back on the road and its all thanx to Hennie. He was helpful, friendly and definitely willing to go the extra mile.
If only more people could have this guys attitude, the world would be a better place. Over and above Hennie's brilliant help, i have to compliment the whole team at Kempton Park for supporting Hennie in getting my problem sorted out. Thank you guys.
I would recommend MotoMia Kempton Park to anyone looking to buy a scooter or bike. You will get great service (and after sales service) with a smile.
