Nu Metro Bedford Employee My Money

A man in front of me in line was buying vouchers. His purchase came to R247. He paid with cash. I then bought 4 items totaling R80. The woman behind the counter charged the R247 on my debit card plus the R80 that was my purchase. I went back yesterday to sort it out and the manager found that the cash purchase of the vouchers was not on the system, only my debit card. I saw the woman who helped us that night and called her over. I asked her if she remembered the man who bought the vouchers and she said she did and that he wanted more change than what he gave her cash for - proving she took cash from him. I then asked where the cash was as it is not on the system as a cash transaction. She did not answer. The manager who was present for this conversation told me that they would contact me after they have checked the cameras. They have not yet contacted me to let me know what is happening. A of their customers has taken place and they have not taken action in over 24 hours.
