So i have an HD and SD pvr connected with Xtraview. My HD pvr recently died, and I went to Randburg to swap it out. I went home and reconnected everything, since then, phoned them 4 times in 4 days... needless to say, its been escalated for the 2nd time to xtra-view specialists, because the call centre get issues when they try to do it on the telephone. I am tired of phoning in, because this is costing me on average R30 a pop everytime I have to phone in. Come on, this is getting ridiculous. I just want to use my device together...
