I had a very unpleasant experience at Sun City Vacation Club this last weekend. We were placed in a room, firstly which was not a corner unit, as I requested many times at the Sun City bookings desk, but between two groups of men. We were in unit 103 and in unit 104 was a group of about 5 young men who made an absolutely horrific noise till way past 1am and left a disgusting mess right next to us. It started getting out of hand at about 10pm and they were shouting and swearing right outside our window. The swearing was shocking. We phoned the front desk and asked them to send someone to ask them to quieten down, but no one came. We phoned a 2nd time at 11pm and still they sent no one. We barely slept all night. We have a child and this was an unpleasant experience for us all. We considered leaving right then and there but the roads are dangerous at night so we checked out early the next morning. We told the lady at the front desk what had happened and she said this was unacceptable and they would let us know of the outcome. We have heard nothing. I feel something needs to be done as we paid a lot of money for the unit and feel robbed of our 'relaxing' weekend away!
