I loaded a debit order on the 05 august at 15h21 spoke to a certain lady who promised that it is loaded but on the 05 september i was disconnected and i called again and spoke to desree who advised me that she will sent a request to archive a recording for the 05 august time 15h21 and a manager will call me back in a weeks time and desree restored my connection and advised me to pay r50 penalty that will be reversed back to my account once they have listened to the tape and i am still waiting for the call. REF 139765696, AND WHY ARE WE GIVEN REF NUMBERS IF THEY ARE USELESS AS I JUST CALLED IN BUT IT WAS NOT USED.
