On Friday 2 August 2013 I contacted Multichoice regarding an overbilling. The lady that assisted me confirmed that an amount of R625 was to be refunded within 14 working days. On 26 August 2013 I enquired again and was informed that they waited for approval. On 3 September 2013 I was told that everything was now sorted out and the refund will be made within 3 working days. Up to date - nothing. I am not happy!!!
