I'm elated with Webtickets! I emailed them today at 13h35 pm, as I had purchased tickets for Skunk Anansie a while back, but since finding out I was pregnant, decided it's better for me and baby if I don't go. I asked about whether I must sell them off, or what. Within 25 mins, they reponded with this:
"Congratulations! We have processed a refund for both tickets, the monies should reflect within 48 hours.
Have a wonderful day further." This accompanied a Proof of refund aswell.
