Contracted DSTV on behalf of my father, the 3rd or the 4th Aug 2013 to send the monthly mag, it is the 9th of Sept never received the mag for AUG and SEPT, what is going on!! Is it the employees or the system that is lacking competency... who is responsible to send the mags, the system or the people working the system. Catch a wake up people that's why you charge the customers a fortune for DSTV. If the customer don't pay the service will be suspended, what can the customer suspend for poor service delivery???
