I have now attempting to call TOPTV for the 8th time. I hold on at least for 30min and still placed on hold. I have send 3 notifications on the website's " contact" and to date no one has contacted me...
The service is appalling and disgusting.
PLEASE UPGRADE YOUR CONTACT CENTRE WITH ADDITIONAL STAFF THAT CAN HANDLE THE CALL VOLUMES. NOTE SURE WHEN MY QUERIE WOULD BE HANDLE... NEXT MONTH PERHAPS???
