Cannot manage Self Service

We have a Self Service package which I was able to manage by means of switching it on and off when required. However, they have changed the computer system and since have unable to manage the service. I have phoned numerous times with no avail. I have visited the service centre in Somerset West Ref 138105362 to be sent an email to thank me because I visited them I Nelspruit. Various email were sent to them with none of them being attended to Latest call centre call (40 min) I was referred o the supervisor (ref139846109) Promised that he would phone back Shadien? Nothing happens
