Had forgotten my password for the login on their website so I can make internet transfers or credit card payments for my account.
Spent hours on the phone with their call centre which cost me almost R 100.00 for call in one day, went to the DSTV office to make payment and also advised them there. Sent numerous emails but have had no response in 2 months.
It is actually very frustraing now because no one can solve a simple issue of resting a passowrd to manage my own account online!!! it is an invonvenience and now becoming an annoyance to keep going to their office or to a store to pay when I can do it on my computer like how I pay all my other bills.
Sent an email again today... Really hope I get a response...
