SELF SERVICE - MANAGE SERVICES

My services have been removed from the SELF SERVICE FACILITY ON THE DSTV website. I have requested this to be reinstated, as per instructions from the customer call centre, per email. They have acknowledged receipt of the email, but to date no action. Email sent on the 18/09/2013, and again on 25/09/2013. This is very frustrating. I cannot beleive it takes so long to rectify the situation that they have changed!
