So, after contacting their call center, since they are apparently unable to make external calls and then claim to be unable to reach me, I was promised last week that my account would be fixed and will reflect as such in 48 hours.
It has now been more than 48 hours, and still nothing has been fixed.
Please Edgars, if you are unable to manage your own system, let me know and I will arrange a quote for a new system!
