I cancelled everything with Multichoice mid-August. I was told that my insurance would stop as of end August. Today (04.09.13) I receive my latest statement with insurance for the decoders taken off my account. Now I ask you. I will have to complain through Hello Peter as enquiries does not get back to you. AND they will tell me that it will be reversed 7 working days after it is reflected in their account.
I am not sorry that I stopped this account, but will this never end???
