It's been 18 months now that I have been complaining that my Search Facility on the PVR does not work... and despite umpteen (uncountable now!!) complaints and a promise from somebody called Kristel that it would be sorted out, I still sit with the problem. Eventually, I got them to agree to send a Multichoice technician out to fix the problem - as previously they had constantly tried to blame the installers/installation - but I am still waiting. They are very happy to put their prices up all the time - in my case nearly R200 in 18 months!! - but not so quick to help people with problems. I expect to be able to use ALL facilities on my PVR for the price I pay!!
