OK, I'm trying again... the last time I got as far as (but only after I used this forum!!) to get people to call me and say they would send an actual Multichoice technical person out to assess my problem (search facility has never worked since I received my PVR decoder!!!.. approx 18 months now!!) instead of constantly blaming 'the installers' (whose details I have furnished to them on more than one occassion). So, where are you Multichoice - where is this technical person?.. I am paying a lot of money for a service that does not work properly.
