And it is still not sorted. I have reported my problem with the Search Facility umpteen times; first they try to blame the 'installers', despite the fact that I have had a complete new installation!.. last call said they would eventually send a Multichoice technical person to me... still nobody has arrived; no phone calls, no responses... I am absolutely infuriated at the lack of service and the buck-passing and yet I still sit with the same problem as when I first bought the decoder!!!
