Referring to my complaint call ref138288331 and ref138337446 / 8212125202088
I apologies to DSTV more especially to Amanda to whom i was so rude when she called to try and explain the billing process to me. At the timei was frustrated in paying for the month of July but could not view any channels due to technical error which i misunderstood i understand i cannot prove this to DSTV to effect a refund i was wrong in taking out my frustration on you guys and really hope you can forgive me.
DSTV provides excellent service (realised what a stunning service they provide after watching sabc for a month i could of thrown the TV out of the window as the saying goes you don't know what you got till you lose it!!!) which keeps all my family members entertained my kids love the cartoon network channel Son is a Ben 10 fan and my 3 year old daughter adores the Teletubbies DSTV keeps them happy
Once again sorry looking forward to remaining a client and you delivering top class entertainment
